What is your refund policy?
We offer a refund option for the service(s) you bought within 3 days (72 hours). Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for requests made after this time period. If you contacted our staff within 2 days (48 hours) of purchasing, but didn't receive a response within 24 hours, you may still be eligible for a refund. However, if you reached out 3 days (72 hours) after purchasing the service, we won't be able to approve your refund request.

How to upgrade an order? (If eligible)
If your order is eligible for an upgrade, follow this guide to do so:

Step 1. Login to your Client Area <= Click for a direct link.
Step 1a. Sign in using the details you have provided upon signup. REMEMBER - This is signing in to your client area account.
Step 2. On the middle of the screen, please select your service that you would like to upgrade.
Step 3. On the left side, please select "Upgrade/Downgrade".
Step 4. Choose a plan that best fit your needs, and click "Choose Product".
Step 5. Confirm and Pay. If the order is eligible for an upgrade, the upgarde should be instant.

How to add credit funds to my account?
Step 1. Login to your Client Area <= Click for a direct link.
Step 1a. Sign in using the details you have provided upon signup. REMEMBER - This is signing in to your client area account.
Step 2. In the navbar, click on Billing => Add Funds.
Step 3. Enter the amount you would like to add (Minimum Deposit: $10) - (Maximum Deposit: $100) - (Maximum Balance: $300)
Step 4. After you have chosen an amount, click "Add Funds".
Step 5. After that, it will redirect you to your payment method.
