What is your refund policy?
You may request a refund for the service(s) that you have purchased, within 3 days (72 hours). If the time is past 3 days (72 hours), your refund will be denied.
If the ticket was opened within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase, and a response was not received in 24 hours by our staff team, you may still qualify for a refund.
However, if the ticket was open 3 days (72 hours) after the purchase of the service, your refund will be rejected.
How to upgrade an order? (If eligible)
If your order is eligible for an upgrade, follow this guide to do so:
Step 1. Login to your Client Area <= Click for a direct link.
Step 1a. Sign in using the details you have provided upon signup. REMEMBER - This is signing in to your client area account.
Step 2. On the middle of the screen, please select your service that you would like to upgrade.
Step 3. On the left side, please select "Upgrade/Downgrade".
Step 4. Choose a plan that best fit your needs, and click "Choose Product".
Step 5. Confirm and Pay. If the order is eligible for an upgrade, the upgarde should be instant.

Step 4. Choose a plan that best fit your needs, and click "Choose Product".

How to add credit funds to my account?
Step 1. Login to your Client Area <= Click for a direct link.
Step 1a. Sign in using the details you have provided upon signup. REMEMBER - This is signing in to your client area account.
Step 2. In the navbar, click on Billing => Add Funds.
Step 3. Enter the amount you would like to add (Minimum Deposit: $10) - (Maximum Deposit: $100) - (Maximum Balance: $300)
Step 4. After you have chosen an amount, click "Add Funds".
Step 5. After that, it will redirect you to your payment method.
Step 1a. Sign in using the details you have provided upon signup. REMEMBER - This is signing in to your client area account.
